Zestly was born out of frustration. After years of paying for bloated international tools that charged in USD, stored data overseas, and offered zero local support — we decided to build something better, right here in Australia.
Brisbane, 2024
Alex and Mia were running a small digital consultancy in Brisbane when their social media tool bill hit $800 AUD a month — for features they barely used. The tools were built for enterprise teams in New York, not small businesses in Queensland.
They looked at every alternative. Too expensive. Too complex. No Australian support. Data stored in the US. No TikTok or Threads support. They kept hitting the same wall.
So they built Zestly — starting with the three things Australian businesses actually need: simple scheduling, smart AI captions, and pricing that doesn't require a CFO to approve.
