Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

SA Application Services (ABN 36 639 313 072), trading as Zestly, wants you to be completely satisfied. This policy explains our refund terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7-day free trial

All new Zestly accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access to paid features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with Zestly within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription payment, contact us at hello@zestly.com.au and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and covers your first payment only.

Refunds after the first 14 days

Outside the 14-day satisfaction guarantee window, we generally do not provide refunds once a paid subscription has commenced. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription renewals.
  • Annual plan payments.
  • Plan upgrades or changes mid-cycle.

We may exercise our discretion to approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a legitimate reason for a refund, please contact us at hello@zestly.com.au.

How to request a refund

To submit a refund request, contact us by email:

Subject: Refund Request - [your account email]

Include: The email address associated with your account, the date of your payment, and the reason for your request.

Processing time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@zestly.com.au.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is processed, your account will revert to a free tier. Your content, settings, and connected accounts will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (including where a service has a major failure), we will honour that entitlement regardless of the limitations above.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund if the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee - for example, if the service is not fit for purpose, not of acceptable quality, or not provided with due care and skill.
