Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
We want you to be completely satisfied with Zestly. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to your first paid Zestly plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment. No questions asked.
Eligibility
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- ✓Your first paid subscription to any Zestly plan.
- ✓Both monthly and annual plans.
- ✓All plan tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency).
The guarantee does not apply to:
- ✗Subscription renewals after the first payment.
- ✗Plan upgrades or downgrades mid-cycle.
- ✗Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- ✗Add-ons or one-time purchases (if applicable in future).
How to request a refund
Refund requests are simple. Just email us:

Subject: Refund Request — [your account email]
Include: The email address associated with your account and the date of your payment. You do not need to provide a reason, but we appreciate any feedback.
Processing time
Once we approve your refund request (typically within 1 business day), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at billing@zestly.com.au.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is processed, your account will revert to a free tier. Your content, settings, and connected accounts will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law (including where a service has a major failure), we will honour that entitlement regardless of the limitations above.
